Tire Tracking

Tire Tracking – We utilize sophisticated tire tracking programs to understand how a tire performs from cradle to grave. There are two main purposes to track tires. First, it provides an inventory control and tracking system.  Second, tracking data can be used to provide analytical information to help managers understand tire performance, identify problems, identify areas for improvement, and other key indicators that would extend the life of tires. 

Our tire tracking program allows you to keep your tire performance data private from the tire manufacturers. We also believe that you are the owner of this data; and as such, we do not release your data to any party without your approval. You are also entitled to have a copy of this data at any time.

Monthly Reporting & Evaluation – Each month, we review the work performed and analysis of tire program. This enables the operation to monitor activities, performance, cost, and areas of continual improvement. This monthly snapshot enables an operation to review their progress with the benchmarking program.
