Inspection

Builder PhotoBefore any tire is prepared for retreading, it is given a thorough inspection. The primary reason is to ensure the tire casing will be able to be retreaded and it is safe to return to operation.

Tire manufacturers design tires to provide service greater than the tread will last, but due to operating conditions or damaged to the tire casing, a tire may not be safe to return to service. This is a part of our safety standard to help you run a safe operation as well.

During inspection, we clean the tire, both inside and outside, so we can clearly inspect every part.
