Key Drop Off

For added convenience we offer a contact-free way to drop off your car for needed repairs. Here is all you have to do:

• Park and lock your vehicle in our store parking lot
• Identify your vehicle and tell us what you want done on the drop-off envelope found in our store service window or drop box
• Place your vehicle's keys into the envelope
• Drop the envelope in the drop box or service window mail slot

A Purcell Team Member will follow up after an initial inspection to verify all work to be completed and give you a schedule.
